Workplace Mediation and Conflict Resolution Services
Workplace Mediation is the process where two or more parties voluntarily agree to attend a meeting facilitated by one of our expert professional mediators. The purpose of the meeting is to explore the issues of a difficult working relationship.
All mediation meetings are confidential. The agreement at the end of the mediation process is carefully written together by all parties involved so that they are all actively engaged in the outcomes.
Mindful Mediation’s workplace mediation processes can also help with ‘team disputes’ involving a group of employees that have become less productive / creative due to an internal dispute.
We provide a discrete, effective service that can help those involved come to a resolution of their difficulties, informally and confidentially, saving time, workplace stress, and cost.
How You Stand to Benefit as a Business
For any great organisation the people are its most valuable asset.
Mindful Mediation’s services are an essential ‘enabler’ for bringing out the best in your employees and teams. We will provide you with a swift resolution to your workplace issues, and following the resolution of conflict, we will support you towards a healthy, happy, and productive ongoing workplace environment.
Common business benefits as reported by previous clients include:
- Your Employees & Managers will be more productive because they are happier at work, and they will be able to focus more on their work
- You will experience less absenteeism or ‘sick days’ following the mediation as the parties enjoy the workplace again
- It is quick, with the process normally not taking longer than a day or two.
- Your team will feel more confident and happy with their work as a result of the relationships being restored.
- You will experience less ’employee churn’ as employees are happy to stay and grow in the work environment because they know that your organisation has their best interests in mind.
How are the Workplace Mediation and Conflict Resolution Services Delivered?
Following an initial consultation with your business that focuses on the desired business and personal outcomes that you are seeking we will arrange individual sessions with each of the people involved. These sessions are designed to get an understanding of the issues so we can ensure we provide you with a customised solution that meets your business and individual requirements.
During the individual sessions we make an assessment of the situation and then recommend the most effective resolution process for the situation in accordance with your business needs.
We then arrange facilitated sessions between the people involved and one of our professional mediators.
We will save you time and money by ‘coming to you’ and providing the mediation, facilitation, or coaching services on your premises or at a location close-by, determined to be ideal for your business and desired outcomes.

Mindful Mediation’s unique approach is to combine conflict resolution with professional development opportunities. We have found this particularly effective in helping people to create sustainable changes in their working lives.
Your Investment
The investment in a professional external mediation process for your organisation to meet your conflict resolution needs is always far less than the cost of ‘lack of action’ which can lead to unhappy employees leaving an organisation or reducing their productivity, and the associated costs and re-training requirements.
The exact cost of the mediation services will vary depending on the size of your group, the complexity of the issues and the duration of the conflict. Following your initial enquiry we will be able to provide you with a prompt quotation that meets your needs.
